For urgent dental issues that arise outside our normal opening hours, we work with a specialist service that provides extended hours care every day, including weekends and bank holidays

When you call, a trained handler will ask about your symptoms. After triage, you may be offered one of the following:
• Telephone appointment
• Video consultation
• Face-to-face visit at the nearest out-of-hours clinic

Fees & Follow‑Up Care
Fees and payment
Fees are paid directly to the emergency provider.
A booking fee is taken by phone and treatment fees are paid at the clinic.
Telephone and video consultations currently cost £95, which includes a prescription if needed. Prescriptions can be collected from a pharmacy or provided directly by the emergency dentist when pharmacies are unavailable.
All costs will be explained clearly before any treatment proceeds.
After your emergency visit
The provider offers emergency care only and does not provide routine treatment. You remain registered with Chapel Dental Practice and should contact us during our normal hours to arrange any follow-up.
