What is the process?

Step 1: Assessment

At your first appointment, we discover your wants and goals so that we can create a bespoke and comprehensive plan for you.

We will ensure that your mouth is healthy and suitable for treatment. This includes a detailed examination, x-rays and photographic evaluation.

We will take a digital scan of your teeth, allowing us to plan the tooth movement digitally with precision.  This is what is known as a Clincheck. Read more.

Step 2: Clincheck

We will invite you back to assess the Clincheck to ensure you are happy with the proposed treatment and tooth movement.  We will show you where and when we will need to place the attachments on your teeth.  Attachments are small tooth-coloured materials that will help your teeth to move.  

Step 3: Fitting

We will fit any attachments onto your teeth and give you your aligners.  We will answer any questions you may have and ensure that you are confident in every aspect of the Invisalign treatment before you leave.

Step 4: Review Visits

We will invite you back for a review appointment every 4-6 weeks so we can check how you are doing and monitor your progress.

Step 5: Maintain

Once we have finished moving your teeth, we will provide you with retainers to wear so that we can maintain the new position of your teeth.  We will also provide complimentary whitening to continue your journey to a new smile.
